How long have you been trading?
As of March 2019, our team of expert roofers have a combined 65 years experience in the roofing game!
Are there any hidden costs?
The price we give you in writing is the price you pay. It doesn’t matter if the price of materials unexpectedly shoots up tomorrow, that’s on us!
How many roofers do you employ?
We employ in excess of 35 roofers full time, as well as office staff etc.
If I get a roofing leak at 2 in the morning, how much will you charge me to fix it?
Firstly, there’s absolutely no call out charge if that’s what you’re asking. Secondly if we come out to your house in the middle of the night and we don’t actually do any repairs, there’s no cost either.
The only time you will incur a cost is if we perform any remedial work when we turn up. The cost will be entirely dependent on what needs doing.
Do you have a training program where you train new roofers?
Not as yet, but we have a few things in the pipeline.
Can you handle new building developments?
We work with building and construction firms all the time, so yes, we are experienced in installing roofs on new houses.
Where are you based?
We are based in North Leeds. Unfortunately we don’t have a customer facing office at present. We are in the process of moving our operations to a business park in Horsforth where customer will be able to attend.

What if I get a cheaper quote?
We will beat any like for like quote. All you have to do is show those to us.
What if I have a complaint?
We seldom get complaints. But in the event of a complaint arising for what ever reason, just call the office on 0113 805 5834 and we will be more than happy to address your issues swiftly.
